Are you tired of going from business to business seeking superb customer care? Member vendors of The Black Market must complete a rigorous 10-point membership process in order to be considered a vendor. Past and current customers, employees, and colleagues from the field rate each business on its standards of excellence. Once the preliminary surveys are conducted, each member goes through three in-person interviews as well as pass a mystery shopper consumer test. Companies are judged based on its customer service, ability to retain loyal employees, its product/service offerings, website, and more. Therefore, there is no need to worry when patronizing a Black Market business—it already passes the test!
